can anyone help with rabbit diseases for a pregnant woman.

I have found out that i am pregnant and i have got cats and rabbits..I know all about the cats and staying away from cats poo, but i am new to keeping rabbits. Are there any diseases that can be passed from rabbits to women who are pregnant.I have never heard of any, but it better to find out.....Can anyone help me please as my bunnies are my other babies and would not like to have to stop cleaning them out and playing with them while being a pregnant......Hope you can help.

There are none that I am aware of but I would advise being very careful with hand washing after handling and cleaning your rabbits and watch out for them kicking you whilst lifting them.
