    Where can I get a small acetylene bottle refilled in Caithness.

    It depends on who the bottle supplier is, BOC or Air Products.
    Numax in Bower are no more. The BOC agent is now LED in Thurso, but I guess you don't have an account with BOC as otherwise you would already know that?

    I have looked on the Air Products website and found Agent Locator
