    Default Starlings

I know starlings are not everybody's favourite bird, but I think they are a pretty bird when you see them up close. I have noticed the last few weeks they have been congregating in scary numbers in the Keiss area and all of a sudden they have gone. I remember as a child that they used to do this when snow and bad weather was on the way.

I think they must have all come to our steading Kevin, we are inundated and deafened just now!
Also, I think them pretty too, they have gloriously jewelled chests and jolly pink legs.
I like them best when they pretend to be curlews, buzzards and car alarms when they are on my house ridge, they make me laugh.

I love starlings! As you say are beautiful birds.
