    Two women deny town-centre fight

    TWO Wick woman are alleged to have brought town centre traffic to a halt as they fought each other yards from the sheriff court.
    Leanne Gammie, 34, and 29-year-old Emma Macdonald deny threatening or abusive behaviour in Bridge Street, on Friday, attracting a crowd and stopping traffic. In addition they are accused of assaulting each other to injury.
    The pair were today granted bail when they appeared in court, from custody, today, with a condition they stay from each other and do not attempt to make contact.
    Gammie, of 60 Nicolson Street, and 29-year-old Macdonald, who lives at 47 Kinnaird Street, both Wick, will reappear in court for their trial, on June 12.
