Happy New Year lovely customers. Flavours opens again on Saturday. Open everyday now for the rest of the year. 11 to 4 in February and March. We have some new flavours to try....nom nom.

There is a Craft Fayre at the Seaview Hotel on Sunday 12 to 3.30, so a good day out on Sunday if you are wanting a drive out.

Team Flavours look forward to welcoming you back

That's great! Weather not too bad for ice cream. Sun is shining in John O'Groats and there's always hot chocolate or Lavazza coffee.......

For those who have asked, Flavours, Thurso should be open by Easter (or before if we can manage it). We will be opening in the former Curry King on Trail Street. Thanks for all the enthusiasm - we are blown away by it!

Is there a gap in the market for Caithness Ice-Cream, made locally with local products? And if so would you (Flavours) carry it?

Love to! We looked into it ourselves, but it is impossible to source any funding for tourism/food and drink for Caithness and the initial outlay is quite steep (equipment, etc). Such a shame as we had premises and everything and wanted to call it "John O'Groats Ice Cream". Would love to stock local ice cream. Absolutely
