Hello all,

If this has been aired before, apologies in advance. I was browsing through the Amazon website and saw the title of
a book that caught my attention.

The title is "Whisky Wars, Riots and Murder. Written by a guy called Malcolm Archibald. and is subtitled
"Crime in the 19th Century Highlands and Islands.

Having read it I can only say that this is a very well researched book and is very well presented.

I'm not very good at describing these things, but this is a very professionally produced piece of literature and very
pertinent to us. I already love history, but this book has pointed me in a more local direction.

Regards to all.
