    Default Alllergy Testing

Wondering if anyone out there has any information about Allergy Testing.

Has anyone had it done, and if so, was it beneficial.

I have heard that screening can cost between £50-£100+.

Would be interested to know what is involved and how long do you have to wait for results.

    Can anyone help?

First place to try would be your doctor.

Go to the doc and get it done in a hospital with all the kit ready incase of a serious reaction.
If you take an anaphylaxis shock which is a severe reaction there is the help needed..always a risk of it happening and better to be safe than Dead!
Results of pinprick testing is within 24 hrs .
Life is too short to spend it in beige underwear!

I tried to get allergy testing through my doctor but was told just to keep taking anti-histamines. So I went to Frances Yellop, and I discovered the problem was not dust (as the doctor assumed) but actually dairy. I gave up dairy for 3 months and my allergies cleared up. I'd recommend giving her a call, think its £40 for a main session plus a follow-up session.
