Alleged to have had breath-alcohol level of 151mgs
A NORTH Lanarkshire man has been accused of driving with more than four times the legal drinks limit.
Graham Rowbotham, of 26 Westfield Road, Kilsyth, denied the charge at Wick Sheriff Court, today. It alleges that the unemployed fifty-three-year-old committed the offence on the A9 and in Thurso, on June 2, with a breath-alcohol level of 151 micrograms, while working in Caithness. The limit is 35mgs.
The case was continued until October 17 for an update on trial preparations.
