Accused granted bail after court appearance pending further inquiry

A CASTLETOWN teenager is alleged to have committed two assaults at the town's nightclub, in the early hours of Sunday.
Duncan MacMillan made no plea or declaration when he made a brief appearance. from custody, in private, at Wick Sheriff Court today. The incidents are said to have occurred firstly, inside, then
outside, Skinandi's.
MacMillan, who is 18, was released on bail pending further inquiry.
