    Default 02 signal

Does anyone know if the 02 mast that covers the pennyland area in Thurso is now up and running, and that people who are living in that area can now get signals to actually be able to use their mobile phones again, this problem relates back to last November when the old mast was shut down, has there been any developements ??

no developments and O2 admit that on their map, from strathmore road onwards there's no signal.

if you need out of a contract, speak to a manager and they should be alright about it, they let us go and keep the phone

Thanks very much for that, it is bloody ridiculous , that they do not seem to give a jot about consumers

Perhaps it is more cost effective to lose the pennyland area customers than it is to replace the mast.

They are waiting for next year to do mast sharing with Vodafone.
