Default Xbox one Vs Ps4 review

Microsoft seems to be back tracking quite alot these days since the failed release of windows 8 (now being fixed with windows 8.1 update) the reinstatement of the start bar, the firing of Microsoft exec Steven Sinofsky 2 weeks after retailers released windows 8,and now the reversal of all planned implemented restrictions and DRM on the new Xbox one

originally they unveiled you would need to connect to the INTERNET at least once a day to be able to play games offline, also that you would only be able to give any said game to a friend that has been on your friend list for over 30 days, also that selling your unused games would only be allowed in certain appointed shops/stores/websites, also for any reason if you got banned you would loose all access to dlc games etc you bought.
Xbox’s Don Mattrick dropped a quote which I would almost describe as “tasty flamebait”.
“We have a product for people who aren’t able to get some form of connectivity; it’s called Xbox 360,” he said.
“If you have zero access to the Internet, that is an offline device.”
Mattrick said that Xbox One has been “created for gamers, by gamers” and that commentators need to see how the always-on requirement works before they judge it.
“I think in the long run, we’ll build a global leading product that people are going to love and embrace,” he said.
“It’s very important to them and they’re opinionated. And they’re smart. So they look at all those things and say ‘Hey, is this going to impact me in a negative way?’ And until you use it, it’s really hard to understand what all the advantages are.”

When The Sony play-station 4 was unveiled ,the mocking began. playstation showed it had no restrictions on secondhand games no online requirement and no region restrictions and is £80 less

a few days passed microsoft must of took some kind of seizure when ps4 sales overtook xbox one on amazon
    they released this statement
"Since unveiling our plans for Xbox One, my team and I have heard directly from many of you, read your comments and listened to your feedback," wrote Don Mattrick, president of Microsoft's Interactive Entertainment Business in a post titled"Your Feedback Matters - Update On Xbox One". "So, today I am announcing the following changes to Xbox One and how you can play, share, lend, and resell your games exactly as you do today on Xbox 360."

Doesn't make much sense to me that....
Surely if it is so much more powerful than the 360 then they could at least write some 360 emulation software for it.

i thought that one would be apparent as they are doing it today
reselling classic xbox games for the 360 thru xbox live or ps2 and ps1 games on psn

they loose that whole market then
