    Default which dslr camera?

    no idea what to look for. i have only really had basic digital cameras.
    wondering if i should go canon or nikon?
    is this a good deal

    Suggest you buy one or two photography magazines, eg Digital SLR Photography. Most of them have camera reviews and the ads will give you an idea of prices. You can think about which features are important to you. You won't go far wrong with Canon or Nikon but there are other equally good brands.
