Don't start celebrating yet, they'll appeal, and probably win. :-/

    Fergus gets things wrong sometimes.

In fact, he usually gets things wrong - so why the fuss?

No fuss, just stating the facts. The only 'appeal process' that is open to them is a request for a judicial review and that will only be allowed if the Reporter has made an error. The 'appeal' would be against the Government and they will have dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's before announcing the decision. I think we can be pretty certain that its a 'No' and will stay a 'No'.

Don't worry about it. There will be plenty more wind farms in the County for us to celebrate in the coming years.
