Remanded after breach allegation
A LYBSTER man has been accused of breaching a bail condition by shadowing two villagers.
Liam Sinclair, 42, appeared from custody at Wick Sheriff Court and denied the charge.
It alleges that Sinclair, of Moray View Terrace, Lybster, was in a car when he repeatedly drove past them and at one point, outside the village hall, wound down the window and gesticulated.
The incident is said to have taken place on May 5. Bail was refused by Sheriff Andrew Berry and Sinclair was ordered to be remanded pending his trial next month.
