Accused of being concerned in supply of Class A drug in county

TWO Wick men are facing charges of being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug in Caithness.

Michael Shearer (26) and 24-year-old Mark Mackay made no plea or declaration during their brief, private appearance, on petition, at Wick Sheriff Court, today. They are alleged to have committed the offences on Friday.
Shearer was granted bail but Mackay was remanded in custody by Sheriff Andrew Berry, pending further inquiry.
