    Default The Clouds

Lying back hands behind ma head
The grass comforting my young soul
Looking up into the lovely sky
A mare with her young foal

I gaze over just a little
    A summers afternoon such bliss
    A rattlesnake,a hedgehog
An elephant blowing a rhinocerous a kiss

    A clown juggling milk bottles
A beetle playing a Beatles guitar
    A lady doing somersaults
    A dandelion smoking a cigar

For the clouds that I see up on high
Are changing in front of my eyes
But I think I'll stay a while longer
To see what will be the next surprise

Nice Cedric, thought you were going to break out into I am the Walrus there for a minute

Did you mean foal instead of foul in the first verse?

    An Ode to Gibberish!

I just finished writing a song,
    verse, chorus, verse, chorus, verse,
a three minute job not very long,
about three men in a old smelly hearse!

One was an off duty policeman,
moonlightin as an undertaker on weekends,
just got back from Spain with a tan,
so he could look good amongst his friends!

The second's name was Foggy Wright,
    his art was driving slow,
but when he drove home from work at night,
    that man could fairly go!

The third man was a hitch-hiker,
They had picked up outside Watten,
He said he was a hells angels biker,
but his bike he had forgotten!

And then the song ended fast,
in a crumpled piece of paper,
it hit the bin just like the last,
    another gibberish songwriting caper!

    Enjoyed that Jeemag

    Oh Gibberish Oh Gibberish
    We'll never find ye snoring
Cos if there was no Gibberish
The world would be so boring

I find in ye aw Gibberish
The thing a need the most
Ye never make much sense to me
But to ye a raise a toast

A wee dram of Old Poultney
Or a wee Drambuie or two
    But Gibberish keep on gibbering
Cos in life ye'll make it through

    Default Dragons

Look to the west where dragons flame,
Where at dusk the old things reign.
Where orange light and gold the same,
Turn the clouds to wondrous vein.
The night clouds turn to deeper grey.
Gone now the golden shafts of light,
The dragons all have flown away,
Their fires stiffled by the night.
But now a new sight comes to view,
A silver moon with robes of softer light,
The clouds edged with gentle hue,
Wrapped in duvets for the night.

Like you Cedric I just love cloud watching.
