    Default Boating pond body identified

    Deceased was 83-year-old local man

    POLICE have released the identity of the elderly man found at Thurso boating pond last week.
    The deceased was Alexander ‘Dougie’ MacGregor, 83, who lived in the town’s Oldfield Terrace.
    A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
