    Hi, See the pic, anybody any ideas wot type of spider it is, it is on my shed. about the size of a 5 p and has serious fangs for its sizeClick image for larger version.

    May be a false widow spider or a snake back spider. Some spider species here which may help you identify it: http://www.anje.co.uk/spider.html

    I photographed a similar looking spider a few years ago but I never managed to find out what it was called, if you manage to find a name for yours I would be interested to see it.

    Looks like a barking spider to me
