Council want to ensure stations are viable and comply with legislation for the disabled

The lists of the Polling Districts and Polling Places used at the Election in May 2010 are available from the following links:

Highland Council is reviewing polling places used by voters at the UK Parliamentary elections and also the boundaries of their polling districts.
The council is eager to ensure that its network of 218 polling places is viable and complies fully with disability legislation.
Any elector within the Council area may make a representation to the council, and the representation made by any person may include proposals for specified alternative polling places.
Representations should be made in writing to Alistair Dodds, Chief Executive, The Highland Council, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness IV3 5NX or by e-mail to election@highland.gov.uk by Monday, 4 February 2013.
