I have a recipe for fudge cheesecake. It usually turns out really nice when I make it so I would say its foolproof

Families are like fudge - mostly sweet with a few nuts.

Recipe for Orkney Fudge Cheesecake as requested Nice and simple and tastes amazing.

    ORKNEY FUDGE CHEESECAKE
    Base

    · Mix 2oz unsalted butter with 6oz crushed biscuits(hobnobs or digestives), put in dish and chill (I line my dish with overlapping tin foil for easy lifting on to a plate)

    Filling

    · 200g Philadelphia cheese
    · 15 fluid oz whipping cream
    · 16 bits plain Orkney Fudge (you can add more or less according to
    taste)

    Blend cheese and fudge thoroughly.
In a separate bowl slowly whisk cream, then whisk both mixtures together until thick.
Spread over base and put in fridge to set.

    Default Creamy Fudge

    Ingredience

    1 Lb caster sugar
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup chopped nuts

    Method

In a large pan, stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla together until partially blended (it will be too stiff to blend thoroughly).

Put butter over top in center of dish.

Microwave at high for 2 minutes, or until smooth. If all butter has not melted in cooking, it will as mixture is stirred.

    Blend in nuts.

    Pour into a lightly-buttered 8x4x3" dish.

Chill 1 hour in refrigerator or 20 to 30 minutes in freezer. Cut into squares.
