Firefox or Google Chrome

When I use the ITV or BBC player using Google Chrome it crackles and the sound is all broken up. This doesn't happen using Firefox or Spotify. Does anyone else get the same things or is there something I need to do on Chrome to rectify it

It's because Chrome comes with it's own version Flash.

Try this:

1. In the address bar type in "chrome://Plugins" without the quotes.

2. Look for "Flash".

3. Click the "+ Details" button on the top right. Click it.

4. Look under "Flash" for "PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll" and click disable.

5. Reload tab and hopefully it should work now.

6. Failing that use Firefox, I consider it better anyway.
