Hi,

While walking just outside of Latheronwheel a couple of weeks ago I came accross a small pink flower which I have never seen before and have failed to identify either on-line of in any books. I did take a photo but it's on my phone and I haven't worked out how to put it on here yet.
There was only one small plant and the flowers were quite distinctive. They were only about 1/2cm accross and looked a little like speedwell flowers except there were three seperate lower petals and the upper petal formed a pointed hood, almost like a horn. The leaves were lobed. I am usually quite good on wild flowers but I have absolutely no idea what it was so any suggestions would be welcome!
