Smoked Cooked Ham Joint

Hmm, ever wondered what to do with this found in the coldcuts area of Lidl?
Here's another easy peasy recipe from me!

One Ham joint - sizes vary, calculate about 100gr per person
1 can chopped tomatoes (with herbs is nice) or 1 can Ratatouille
Italian spices such as oregano or you can get Italian sallad spices
Grated Cheese

Slice ham into 1/2 cm slices (I cut off the harder rind), layer in an ovenproof dish a bit on top of each other. Can also be cubed.
Pour over Tomatoes or Ratatouille
Sprikle over spices (unless using tomatoes with herbs included)
Sprinkle over cheese - about 1 - 2 handfuls
No salt needed as cheese gives a tang and ham is a bit salty and also too much salt not good for you!

Oven 200c for about 20 mins until cheese melted. and a bit bowned.

Serve with rice, pasta or tatties.

This recipe can easily be increased or decreased - use about a can of tomatoes for 4 people.
Hope somebone tries and enjoys this!
