Easy peasy pork - make this often as it is easy and tasty
4 Pork chops or pork fillet or pork loin - pork chop can be whole, fillet sliced into 2cm slices and if I use the loin I just cut it into strips - basically any type of pork - remove the fatty bits unless you like that part.
    Oven temp 180 - 200 c
200mls cream (single will be fine but you can use double or whipping)
100mls soya sauce Kikkoman - any brand will do, take 50mls if you think it's too much
50 - 100mls ketchup or you can use Reggae Reggae sauce
No need for salt or pepper
Above amount is enough for 4 servings but can be easily increased.

Put meat in oven proof dish/caserole and pour over above and give it a stir.
I sometimes add mushroooms or red peppers.

Put into middle shelf of oven and leave for 45 - 60mins (the longer time if using porkchops)
Serve with rice or tatties and veggies.

    Hope you'll try this!

Good Luck! Let me know if kids liked it - have a yummy recipe with chicken, bananas, bacon and peanuts and those that have tried it say it's good - I'll put it on later.

Pork goes very well in stir fry and other Chinese dishes.
