    Smashing pics Maciek. You seem to be much luckier at capturing meteors than me - I've yet to catch a bright one on camera, even after hours of trying.

    Thanks Gordon. I have used 2 cameras pointing at different parts of the sky to maximize my chances of catching meteors, so I was cheating .

    Great shots Maciek, the colours from the aurora are lovely but to catch a meteor too.............oh so lucky!

    Fab shots mate,i think i would need 5 or 6 cameras to stand a chance of catching meteors.I managed 3 all night.Whenever i moved my camera a meteor would appear where my camera was.

    Thank you all guys for such kind comments, I think that also my wide angle fisheye lens helped to increase my chances of meteor catching as it has 167 deg angle of view covering big chunk of the sky.
    I forgotten to share link to time lapse movie which I have done from all frames taken hunting meteors on milky way background, you will see few more meteors flashing there
