    Deemac thank you for the photos.

    You are so right. No one in their right mind would try dancing on a stone floor. Sprung wood floor is a real need in the place.

    One of my best minister pals is also a rock musician and he constantly yammers about the unsuitability of ancient style churches for modern style bands.

    The converted church is indeed beautiful, Deemac. What is it called, and whereabouts is it in Edinburgh?

    Mansefield Traquair on Broughton Street

    It's a very nice building indeed, the fire escape route for getting gear in sucked though let me tell ya
