    Default Bumblebee Safari

If you would like to learn more about our local bumblebees including the very rare great yellow bumblebee then come along and join Michelle from the Bumblebee Conservation Trust and the local ranger on a bumblebee safari at Dunnet Bay. Help catch and learn to identify some of the various species to be found around Dunnet Bay.

Discover how you can help to protect and encourage these fascinating insects and discover why this north coast area is Nationally important. Wear suitable warm clothing and bring a magnifier if you have them.

    Adults £3 concessions £2

Yes Michelle has taken over from Bob Dawson.
Sorry for missing the date just done in a rush. It is tomorrow Saturday 9th June at 3pm. If the weather is like today then we will be cancelling the visit as there will be no bees to see.
