    Default Missing item in File menu in Word 2003

    There is a pc with Microsoft Word 2003 on. In the File menu there is no "Save As ..." option, the only save options are "Save" and "Save as Web Page...".

    Could anybody tell me how to get the "Save As..." option, please?

    This should work

    1. Click Tools
    2. Click Customize
    3. Click Commands
    4. With Catergories set to File find Save As in the list and drag it up to the File menu
