How's Golach ?
If this has just started happenning simplest fix would be to do a system restore from a back up taken when it wasn't happenning.
If it has been like this for a while it suggests you have some corrupt files - probably the the Visual C Runtime library.
We can prob fix this by running sfc /scannow or uninstalling /re installing the runtime library.
A system restore would be the simplest option for you.
However, I can prob give you instructions for the more complicated fix if necessary.
Are you still running Vista - or is it Windows 7?
