Hotchpotch
When i was young, single and believe it or not poorer, i used to make an old recipe called hotchpotch. I recall there are many variations, but mine contained sausage, bacon, liver, kidney and veg made into a casserole. This was served with mash or clapshot and generally lasted 2 days. Any leftovers were mixed with the mash to make chunky stovies. Excellent for an easy, quick and cheap dinner!
