Dead Swan

There is a dead swan in the field opposite Ham Farm, i was wondering who to contact, it has possibly hit the power lines above where it is lying but i guess it should be reported, so it can be checked out.

I know you are saying it could have been hit by powerlines which wil be the reason it has died, but you can contact Defra, they should be able to help.

Also check if it is rung, they are a protected species.
