Can't customize my Avatar

Hi
Can anyone help, i can't customize my avatar, when i go onto my sisters user cp and go to avatar it's gives you the choice to customize, one box at the top with a dot on the circle and hers has a second box with custom options....mine only has the top box and no option for a custom one....please advise why this is.

you can only get an avatar once you become a .orger - this depends on the number of posts and length of time you've been on I think. As you've been on since July '05, you'll just need to keep on posting to achieve .orger status!
