Dressing down in dressing room for humbled Scorries

WICK Academy manager, Davie Kirkwood has lambasted his players for complacency following their 4-3 defeat at the hands of Turriff United, on Saturday.
The Scorries went two up in the early stages but found themselves on the back foot in the second period as the homesters staged a plucky comeback.
Kirkwood described his team’s performance as the worst he had seen from his players whom he said were “never at the races”. He said that even during the pre-match warm-up, the teams seemed to think they just had to turn up and win the game.
The manager said he wasn’t going to tolerate such an attitude and warned there would be changes for their next game at home, on Saturday.
