    Accident discovered by police patrol
    ONE man has died and another was seriously injury in a road accident at Seater Bridge, near Bower.
    Police and emergency services attended at the single vehicle crash on the B876, on Sunday night.
    The collision was discovered by police officers patrolling the road at the time.
    The road was closed for some hours. No further details will be available until next-of-kin have been informed.
