Nine-year-old taken to surgery with suspected fracture

POLICE were called to the scene of a road traffic collision this morning in Main Street, Castletown at around 0822 am.
A car was in collision with a 9-year-old girl. The girl was taken by family to the local surgery with a suspected broken leg.
Police are carrying out inquiries into the incident. There are no further details.
