    Unhappy Sad news

I have been informed of two cats who it would appear have been knocked down and killed.

One is a Tortoiseshell who has been laid on the verge at the corner of Burnside going towards Thurso business park.

The other is a young Black and white cat who was found on the Wick to Thurso road near Bilbster.

    So sad.

That's if the poor wee things even had owners as, very sadly, there are far too many stray and/or feral cats and kittens in Caithness.

If these two cats do belong to someone then my sincere condolences to the owners.

Being a cat owner and lover, it makes me sad indeed.
