American Chop Suey

1 pkg. Elbow or Shell Pasta
1 lb. of 85% lean ground meat
1/2 - 2/3 jar of spaghetti sauce (i prefer the chunky style sauces, they add a lot of chunkyness to the whole shebang)
Sazon Goya to taste
Hot sauce to taste
Plenty of grated parmesan cheese

Boil pasta as directed in a nice & large pot.
In seperate large saucepan, brown meat. Drain meat. While watching pasta, add the spaghetti sauce to the meat, stirring frequently over low heat. Do this for 2-4 minutes until meat mix is hot. Add Sazon to meat mix to taste. Do the same thing with the hot sauce.

When the pasta is ready and drained, mix meat and pasta together in large bowl. Top with cheese and serve.

Should make 4-6 servings, and be careful, the heat is deceving.
