    Default Leftovers

    I had leftover haggis that wasn't enough for a meal in itself (not for 2 anyway) so I made a cheese sauce, with wholegrain mustard stirred through, poured over haggis wrapped in a tortillla.

    Made a lovely starter.

    That doeas actually sound quite nice. I must try that next time we have haggis

    No, but I grew up with my dad putting some bizarre things together which were sometimes really nice

    A wee drop of a decent malt added to the sauce would also be kinda nice (for whisky lovers).
