The Upper Deck?

A friend suggested The Upper Deck in Scrabster was a good place to have a meal.... just tried to find a phone number to see if booking a table was necessary, but can't seem to trace it in the phone book? Has it changed names or anything? can anyone point me in the right direction for a phone number??

The nicest thing to have there are the steaks , they are lovely. I have been disappointed with everything else though I am not one to stop going back to a place due to one bad meal.
