Alsation killed another dog, it's alleged
A FORMER Caithness Highland councillor is facing a dangerous dog charge.
It's alleged that 76-year-old Jim Oag was the owner of an Alsatian
which was dangerously out of control and attacked and killed another
dog at his rural home, at Corbigoe, Sarclet, near, Wick, on March 28.
Oag, who formerly chaired Wick Harbour Trust before its reorganisation,
pleaded not guilty, at Wick Sheriff Court today, andwill stand trial on
December 21.
