    Default Items not appering on desktop

    Hi

    Whenever i download anything i usually send it to my desktop first for easyness however the downloaded items no longer appear on my desktop!
    Now if i go into My Documents and navigate to my desktop there it is but its not on the actual desktop.
    This has just starting happing and although i can go through My Documents to get it ok it's kinda annoying.
    Does anyone know how to rectify this?
    Im running Window 7

    prob off screen
    right click the desktop an arrange by name?

    Try just right clicking on the desktop & selecting Refresh.
