    Sorry about this

    Are there anyway that my computer my computer can tell my if I have already have a PCI installed already?

    There are two ways:
    1. If you have cards in your PC already, open it up and looking for the slots the cards are in. Your PCI slots will be where the cards normally go in and are white (AGP slots are brown and ISA slots are generally black).
    2. If you're not comofortable opening up your PC then try going into System by pressing the Windows Key and the Pause Break key, click the Hardware Tab then the Device Manager button. Now scroll down to System Devices and click the little + next to it and look for PCI bus in the drop down list. This is probably the easiest way but I like to see things for myself rather than Windows telling me!
