Locked AIWA video

Anyone know how to unlock an AIWA video model no HV-GX770K as I have lost the secuity code

Could try one of these:-

Power on, press both CH/UP key and REC/OTR key for more than 2 seconds, OK will appear in the display panel.

or

Disable the child lock by pressing the "lock" button on the remote, then press CH DOWN key on VCR while pressing the 7 key on remote and hold for more than 5 seconds. The display should then show OK

First disable the child lock by pressing the "lock" button on the remote,
and only then press "Ch-" and "7".
