    Default New Camera

I`m so impressed with my new camera -
I was looking for a top quality compact and ended up with the canon ixus 800, it is a 6 megapixel - 5x optical zoom all singing all dancing camera.
    I just love the quality!

I got mine off ebay (Hong Kong - took 5 days to arrive) for under £250 with 3 gig memory, spare battery and a case.

The pics where at st andrews at 8am yesterday pretty much straight into the sun.

Canon's a good make isn't it? Easy to use is it?

Yep my first digi was a canon a300 and the qualitywas excellent (not just the pics but the video too)
Then I got a fuji film which was shockingly poor quality nasty greeny colour balance.
I eventually sold that on ebay and bought a konica minolta Z1 which was excellent but a tad bulky.

The new cam is superb!!! Highly recommended!
