Man accused of dangerous driving

A HALKIRK man has been charged with causing a death by dangerous driving.
He was named, following a brief appearance in private before Sheriff Andrew Berry, at Wick today,
as Stuart David McCulloch (27).
The charge relates to an accident on the A9 at Spittal on February 26, this year.
McCulloch made no plea or declaration and was released on bail pending further inquiry.
The person who died, 23-year-old Michael Cameron from Thurso, was a passenger in the Vauxhall Astra.
