A lizard might not be the correct term for what i found on a shoe. It was about 2 or 3" a browny green colour. Wish i had taken a picture of it before i put it outside in a bush.
Anyone any idea what it was?
It has re-appeared on the wall not so here is a photo

looks like a common lizzard that has lost part of its tail..

yes common (wall) lizard with part of its tail missing.they drop their tail when attacked.
