Alison, Store Manager of Boots, Wick

Would like to mention Alison who is the store manager of Boots in Wick - she is excellent. I had a large item that i needed to return and after calling the general boots number and being fobbed off with various ridiculous requests i decided to contact the Wick store direct - Alison got her driver to come by my house (Thurso) the very next day to collect my large faulty item and she ordered me a new one there and then too.

Excellent customer service.

I agree re Alison--she is very good on the counter--not that any of the others are not--I think they are all good but Alison is excellent
