Academy considering five candidates

WICK ACADEMY has completed interviews for the post of manager but have yet to make their choice.
Club chairman Colin Stewart said today that they hoped to be able to come to a decision by the end of the week, although he again stressed that they were taking their time, to ensure the right outcome.
He added: “We want to get it right on a number of different fronts.”
A total of five candidates, reflecting a Highland and local mix, are under consideration for the post, which went up for grabs following the resignation of co-managers Richard Hughes and Ian Munro, following a poor season. The pair said it was time for new blood to take the team forward.
