Aye - ya need a seperate username and password... you could probably manage to get the same one that you use on the boards.

I had a problem getting into chat room , me being on AOL,but some kind person explained how to go about it[ sorry I cant remember who]

you have to right click start menu select OPEN ALL USERS clear address and type in www.caithness.org when site opens click on chat room... you have to registrer and they send a password to your email address........... good luck
