Hello NGC, I'd like to help but you haven't given enough information.
The names you gave are common names in Caithness and several could have been born the same year.
However in 1901 census at 53 Argyle Sq Wick, there is a James E Harper age 47
with a 6yr old Francis G. It's not the people you are asking for, but could be of the same family - does the
address mean anything to you ?

Try to give a bit more info - parents etc,
